Welcome to Marine Dimensions!

We work with and for communities pursuing sustainable solutions for the marine environment using education, outreach and innovation as tools for positive change.

Our outreach employs engaging techniques

One of our community driven conservation projects involved a seal pup rescue with a difference!

When local residents happened upon a seal pup in trouble on Bray Beach, we did not consider that it would have much chance of survival.  However, the local community went above and beyond to make this a good news story!

Have you seen a mermaid’s purse?

Mermaid’s purses are the eggcases of sharks, skates and rays.  Observations of purses on beaches can help us to learn more about species that may be vulnerable or rare.
